All items at eBooksPrime.com are digitally available for download on your order page as soon as your payment has been successfully completed. After payment has been made you will see a link to download your ebooks or audiobooks on your order confirmation page and is available for re-download.

You can always come back to your account and download your purchased items as many times as you wish.

After your order is placed and payment is successfully completed you will see a confirmation page  which outlines  your order and also has a link labeled “Downloads” which is where all of your purchased items will appear. You will also receive a confirmation email with your download links as well. You can always come back to your account page and re-download your purchased ebooks and audio books as many times as you wish. If for some reason you did not receive a confirmation email please check (junk/spam) folders first, if you have not received it still please contact us so we can verify we have the correct email on file for you.

If you checked out as a “Guest” and did not create an account prior to checkout please navigate to home page and create a new account and email us with your user name a team member can easily link your new account with your past orders and merge them together for your convenience.

Yes you will have both a purchase confirmation and a email confirmation of your order once you successfully complete your purchase. You have the option of completing a account and can track all of your orders and downloaded items from within your account page.

We have easy to follow instructions within our Blog, and also listed in our How To Pages that detail how to download and transfer all of your ebooks and audiobooks onto various devices. Please follow the instructions on how to download and read your eBooks and Audio Books there.

Absolutely! All we need is the recipients email address and we will send a nice email along with any message you would like to add as a Gift purchase.

  • Simply complete your purchase.
  • Email us with your order number, instructions as to the email and any message to go along with your Gift order, and which date to send your gift order.
  • Once the Gift order is sent you will receive a secondary email confirmation delivery of your gift to the specified recipients.

Yes once you purchase an ebook or audiobook it is yours to keep forever and you can re-download and transfer your purchased item to as many devices as you want.

It is not a rental and has no expiration date ever. If you checked out as a Guest and want to create a new account to link your purchased items simply create a new account under the Account tab on the home page and then email us with your User name so a team member can merge your account with your past purchases.

Yes. Place as many items as you would like to purchase into the cart and you can checkout all items at once. You will have access to all of your ebooks and audio books on one download page and can come back to re download you item if you wish.

Your Wishlist simply allows you to add items into a list of items you would like to purchase in the future or items that you like and would like to store onto your favorites for later use or purchase.

Simply log into your account or create one and then where ever you see the “heart” icon when on any item page simply click the heart and the item will be added onto your wishlist and list of items on your favorites.

Most customer’s have asked about opening on a iPhone and Android device.

For iPhone/iPad/Apple devices once you download your ebook, look for the share tab in upper right corner and click on it.
Then choose the option “copy to ibooks” or “open with ibooks” it will auto import your item into ibooks bookshelf for you to open.
*Make sure you have iBooks app installed prior to this.

For Android/Samsung/Google devices go to the google play store and download the free app called LITHIUM, install it and refresh the app.
Your downloaded item will auto import onto the Lithium bookshelf to read.
